Pricing

Free. The whole product, not a sample of it.

Install from the AppExchange and run real campaigns on your own Salesforce org — every feature, no credit card, no expiry date. The free plan covers your first 200 donations a year. Past that it is a flat $299 a month, and still never a percentage of what you raise.

Free, not a free trial No credit card Every feature, both plans 0% of every donation
$0 To install and run. Every feature, on your own org, with no card and no expiry date.
200 Donations a year on the free plan. Real campaigns, real donors, real money banked.
0% Of every donation. We take no cut — not at $500 raised, and not at $500,000.
$299 A month once you outgrow it — whatever those donations turn out to be worth.

Two plans

One is free and stays free. The other lifts the ceiling — not the feature list.

Annual billing — $2,990 a year, which is two months free. Approaching 200? Campaigns already running are never interrupted. We get in touch first. Moving up is a billing change, not a migration. Nothing is reinstalled and no data moves.
02

What's in both plans

All of it. The plans move on volume, branding and support — never on features.

CapabilityWhat you getBoth plans
Donation formsBranded, embeddable one-off and recurring giving forms on your Experience Cloud siteIncluded
Recurring givingSelf-managed monthly and annual schedules, charged off-session, with dunning and retriesIncluded
CampaignsDonation, crowdfunding and event campaign types, with goal tracking and a public galleryIncluded
Events & ticketingTiered ticket types, seat holds, guest naming and door check-inIncluded
Donor portalDonors update their own card, change or stop a schedule, and download receiptsIncluded
Receipts & emailBranded receipt and notification templates, sent from your own orgIncluded
RefundsFull and partial refunds from the donation record, netted through every rollupIncluded
NPSPDetected automatically; recurring donations and designations sync to NPSP's own objectsIncluded
Person AccountsDetected automatically — no separate edition and no configurationIncluded
Staff usersEvery user in the org can be granted access; the bill does not moveUnlimited
Your dataStandard Campaign, Opportunity and Contact records in your org — no external platform, no sync jobIncluded

The two plans differ on exactly three things: how many donations a year you can take, whether your donor pages carry a Powered by Pledgivo line, and whether support is the community forum or email with a next-business-day reply. Every capability above is in both.

03

Where a donation actually goes

Card to your bank account. We are not a stop along the way.

Donor gives Card details go from the donor's browser straight to Stripe. They never reach your org.
Stripe processes Stripe takes its processing fee and settles the rest, on your own Stripe account.
Your bank The balance lands in your account, and the donation is already a record in your org.
Pledgivo — $0 or $299 a month A flat subscription billed to you like any other software. It is never deducted from a gift.

Which is why the price is identical whether you raise $5,000 or $5,000,000. The only thing that moves you off the free plan is the number of donations you take, never their size.

04

What a good year costs you

Exactly what a quiet one does. That is the whole of this section.

A year on the paid plan, at three different results
If you raisePledgivo costsA 2% platform fee would cost
$250,000$3,588$5,000
$500,000$3,588$10,000
$1,000,000$3,588$20,000

The middle column is $299 a month and does not move, because our price is a function of how many donations you record, not how much they were worth — and on annual billing it falls to $2,990. The right-hand column is a hypothetical 2% platform fee, shown to make the shape of percentage-based pricing visible — it is not any particular platform's published rate. Card processing sits outside all of this and is paid to Stripe on your own account, whichever way you fundraise.

Questions worth asking first

Particularly the one about reaching 200 donations mid-campaign.

What counts as a donation?

One completed gift — a single donation, one charge of a recurring schedule, or one ticket order. Refunded and failed payments do not count towards the free plan's 200.

Is the free plan a trial?

No. It does not expire, it does not ask for a card, and it is not a cut-down edition — it is the complete package running on your own org, with a 200-donation-a-year ceiling and a Powered by Pledgivo line on your donor pages.

What happens when we reach 200?

Campaigns already running keep taking donations. Nothing is switched off mid-appeal and no gift is ever refused — the thing we would be interrupting is the thing you built the campaign for. What the ceiling governs is starting a new campaign. We get in touch as you approach it and move you across before it bites.

What is the "Powered by Pledgivo" line?

One line of text at the foot of your public donation pages on the free plan, linking back to us. On the paid plan it is not there and your donor pages carry your branding only.

Is it priced per user?

No. The subscription covers a Salesforce org and every user in it can be given access. Adding staff never changes the bill.

Do you take a cut of donations?

No, and structurally we cannot. The package runs inside your own org and Stripe settles to your own Stripe account — there is no point at which the money passes through us.

Which Salesforce editions work?

Enterprise, Unlimited and Performance. Professional edition can run the internal features but not the public donor site, which needs Experience Cloud.

What happens if we cancel?

Your data stays. Campaigns, donations and contacts are ordinary Salesforce records in your own org — uninstalling the package does not take them with it.
