Compare

How Pledgivo compares.

Where your donor data lives, what each gift costs, and how it reaches Salesforce, from each vendor's own published pages.

Synced
A separate giving platform keeps donor records on its own system and copies them into Salesforce through an integration.
In your org
Pledgivo runs inside Salesforce, so each gift is written to your own records and there is no second copy to keep in step.
Side by side

Seven questions, six answers each.

Each vendor's cell links to the page it came from. Where a vendor does not publish a fact, the cell says so.

Facts checked on . Pledgivo's column describes our own product; every other column is taken from that vendor's own pages.

Notes on the facts

  1. GoFundMe Pro: Formerly Classy; the Classy name still appears on its pages.
  2. Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud: Now branded Agentforce Nonprofit. Its own online-giving add-on, Elevate, was retired on 11 February 2025.
  3. GoFundMe Pro's help centre refused direct requests when these facts were checked, so its column rests on its public marketing pages. Its platform percentage, processing rate, Salesforce add-on price, whether you can use your own processor, and GBP handling were not published there.
  4. Givebutter's Salesforce integration page tags the integration as both Native and Zapier, so how it connects is ambiguous; its price was not published.
  5. Fundraise Up's 1% is the average effective cost its pricing page quotes; the page says it is not a contracted or guaranteed rate. Its exact rate was not published.
  6. Donorbox's own-Stripe answer comes from a search snippet of a Donorbox blog post, not a full page, so treat it as lower confidence. Whether the Salesforce add-on is available on every plan was not published.
  7. Salesforce's help pages render with JavaScript: the Elevate retirement page was read, the Agentforce Nonprofit help pages were not. No Salesforce statement about online donation forms, card processing, a gateway that charges recurring gifts, or event ticketing in Nonprofit Cloud was found on the pages reviewed, which is why its processing, recurring giving and ticketing cells say so.
  8. Card processing rates are the US figures each vendor publishes. Every vendor can change its prices and plans at any time; the source link in each cell is the page to check.
When to use which

It depends on where your records live.

Choose a separate platform if

your team does not run Salesforce, or you need peer-to-peer fundraising pages today. Pledgivo does not offer peer-to-peer pages yet.

Choose Pledgivo if

Salesforce is your system of record and you want gifts written to your own records with nothing to sync and no percentage of what you raise.

If you used Salesforce Elevate

Salesforce retired Elevate on 11 February 2025 and points customers to partner apps. Pledgivo keeps online giving inside your org.
